All clusters have been upgraded to Rocky 8 linux which is based on the Red Hat RHEL 8 distribution. We do not anticipate any major issues. Current applications and executables should be compatible with the new kernel.
A limited number of GPU nodes are now available. They can be accessed using the “cuda” and 16 cores. For example: “qsub -I -l nodes=1:cuda:ppn=16
