Forgot your Password?
Sabalcore security policy requires the resting of account passwords must be performed by Sabalcore support. Email support@sabalcore.com using the same email address you used to register with. Please include your account ID in the email. You will receive an email with link to change your password.
Note: We recommend key-pair authentication over password. With key-pair, you are not required to enter a password.
Changing the Password Manually
In the ssClient terminal window or in a terminal window in a Remote Graphics session, enter the command:
[user@sci ~]$ passwd
and follow the instructions. Your new password MUST have at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and be at least 8 characters long. You will have to change your password every 180 days.
