Academic Accounts

Academic accounts have access to all Sabalcore services and a discount rate. However there are some restrictions which are outlined below.

1. Free storage capacity is 100GB
2. Maximum number of cores (both running or queued):   200
3. Maximum number of concurrent running jobs:   6
4. Academic accounts have access to the following HPC systems:
   • Graphics Nodes (w ATI GPUs)
   • Bronze System
   • Copper System
5. Academic jobs are placed in a lower priority queue (lque), meaning jobs with standard priority or higher will start before low priority jobs
