Your Sabalcore account includes:
- One user account with 100GB of permanent storage
- The first 1,000 core-hours are free for trial and evaluation
- A 1 hour introductory training session with a Sabalcore Engineer
- Expert Technical Support by phone and email
- Secure Access Client (ssClient) – command-line interface (SSH terminal) and Remote Desktop
- Time on login servers is included (no additional charge)
- Unlimited data transfer in/out of service
- Unlimited access to all installed open-source and commercial software (licenses not included)
- Custom installation of software (open-source or commercial) by Sabalcore engineers (sorry, ensemble builds not available)
Pricing Model
Core-hours
The service is charged by the “core-hour”. A core-hour is one hour of time a computer processor
core is used. Core-hours are calculated as the number of cores used by an application multiplied by its run-time to the nearest second.
For example: a customer runs an application that uses 4 cores on each of 6 compute nodes (computer servers) for 72 hours 23 minutes o seconds. The total time for the job is 6 x 4 cores x 72.38 hours = 1737.20 core-hours.
Rate: $0.14/core-hour for standard tier cores

Storage
Storage is charged by the GB-Month which is roughly the average of your disk usage over the course of a month. A snap-shot is taken each hour which is used to determine the usage deviation for the day. At the end of the month, all the GB-day usages are summed to determine your GB-month usage.
Rate: $0.10/GB-Month
Storage charges will be billed along with your core-hours, about every month. There is no charge if you use less than 100GB-months of storage.

Billing and Ordering
PAY-BY-THE-HOUR – Usage is totaled and invoiced at the end of every month – the billing cycle.
PREPAY – Blocks of hours (in any amount) can be purchased in advance at the standard rate or volume discount rate. Contact your Sabalcore Business Development representative, call 877-492-8027 or email busdev@sabalcore.com for information. Payment can be made through the invoice. Core-hours are deposited to the account after payment is received or when a PO is provided.
Electronic Invoicing
Invoices are delivered electronically. We use a 3rd parting invoicing system Inuit. Please add the following email address to your spam filter so the invoices are not spam filtered:

Bank transfers
US and most International Accounts –

Terms
Standard terms: NET 30 for accounts in good standing.
NET 30 to NET 60 is subject to an additional 5% premium which will be charged and appear on a subsequent invoice.
